At “TECHIESTART,” we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

    • Only products purchased directly from “TECHIESTART” are eligible for return. Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
    • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [contact email] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the product and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  4. Exchanges:

    • If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please indicate your preference when requesting your RMA number.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  5. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  6. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items are non-returnable, including software licenses, personalized or customized products, and clearance items.
  7. Restocking Fee:

    • A restocking fee may apply to returns of certain products. Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
